Inspired by a trip to Cookie Queen’s Truro based café, this is a mash up of delicious cookie decadence mixed with a smooth, silky pastry stout. 

Set on a base of crystal, chocolate and caramel malts, we added lashings of cocoa powder, glacier cherries and vanilla to recreate one of our favourite cookies in liquid form.
