CODE OF CONDUCT

This code of conduct relates to all affiliates of Mason Brewing Co, whether that be staff, suppliers, people working with us or to any Mason Brewing Co representatives at all times. Our values are and have always been one of acceptance and community. This means that we welcome diversity in all its forms. We want everyone to feel that we as people/a company and as a space, are welcoming and that our workplaces is one of understanding and commitment to inclusivity.

We are so happy to have a space (Mason Brewing Co Taproom) where we can welcome each and every one of you. This space and Mason Brewing Co as a whole is a safe space. This means that abuse of any kind, physical, verbal or emotional will not be tolerated.

We have an absolute ZERO TOLERANCE for: sexism, racism, homophobia, violence, discrimination or any kind of harassment.

If you notice any of this kind of behaviour or any kind of failing of ours to commit to this code of conduct please email taproom@masonbrewing.co and this will be fully investigated and dealt with by us or if it in relation to a member of our team, an external HR company to ensure that full transparency is adhered to.

If we feel someone whilst on our premises or on our time does not uphold the values stated above, they will be removed and if necessary, banned from entry.

Is the taproom dog friendly and do you allow children?

Our taproom is very dog friendly. Water bowls and snacks are provided though we do ask you keep your dog on a lead.

Children are welcome however we ask they keep bums on seats, the taproom isn't a suitable place for them to play.

When is the taproom open and where are you based?

We are based on Threemilestone Industrial Estate near Truro. We have plenty of free parking and are open Thursdays to Sundays.

Can I host a private event or book a table for a group?

Yes, you can book the taproom for private events, just drop us an email. We don't offer table bookings unless the group is larger than 15 people.

Do you offer vegan or gluten free options?

All beers brewed here are vegan, we aim to have at least one gluten free option but it's best to check ahead.

Do you serve food?

We don't however you're very welcome to bring food in and we do have regular food truck popups. Check our events tab or social media for more info.

Do you sell cans and can I get them posted?

We do sell cans at our taproom but we don't currently post them. Our friends at Red Elephant Beer Shop do offer delivery of our beers on their website.
