Brewed as part of an experimental collab with Charles Faram hop company, using 1 English hop across 2 beer styles.

Mike used Timber as an opportunity to find the base properties of the hop, adding it early on in the boil so almost no aromatics or discernible flavour was left - just good ol' fashioned bitterness. Then fermented it with a German lager yeast and conditioned it for 4 weeks. 

This English hopped lager is an easy drinking, malty take on a European classic. Try side by side with Amble Hazy Pale to see how the hop varies.
